“Alveum Lux (Latin for trough light) and this creation has a remote control with which any individual colour can be selected, or strobe, pulse and fade modes. Mounted on English Oak, with mounts for wall installation, this lamp is a vintage, galvanised chicken feeder with a strip of led lights, a usb extension cord and 5v usb power supply. A light coat of varnish seals and protects, as well as bringing the galvanised metal lustre out. Great fun to make, and really striking. overall length is 100cm and height is 15cm. It stands 21cm off the wall. wall or floor mounted.
For commission pieces, refunds will be given up to 14 days after placement of an order if requested by email. No order will be built or despatched before a 14 day cooling off period. On completion of the 14 day cooling off period, Distorted Light will confirm the buyer wishes to continue with the order, and once confirmed, a non-refundable £50 deposit will be implemented. The item will be built, and a confirmation estimate of delivery will be sent.
For instant payment purchases, a 14 day cooling off period will be activated. On the completion of the 14 days, an email will be sent to confirm purchase and despatch of item.
If there is a problem with the lamp upon receipt, there is a further 14 day period in which Distorted Light must be notified. The item can be returned for repair only. Buyer pays return costs. Any costs incurred by Distorted Light product for damage caused by poorly packed returned products will incur additional charges.
Deposits paid to activate a commission of a specific lamp or to reserve a specific item will be non refundable.
